Grantville has a choice of health services including nurse practitioner and allied health services, a pharmacy, and an Ambulance Station.

The Grantville Transaction Centre, a Bass Coast Shire Council customer service centre, is located at 1504-1510 Bass Hwy. It houses a Nurse Practitioner clinic, allied health services, a Centrelink and Medicare Kiosk, meeting facilities and the Waterline library.
