Help Improve Transport in Grantville and Surrounds

At a recent community forum, better public transport was identified as one of the most urgent needs for our town and surrounding areas.

Locals shared consistent challenges, including:
- Buses are often too full to board, leaving passengers behind
- Long wait times for the next service, leading to missed connections and appointments (including for young people)
- Poorly coordinated bus timetables that don’t connect well between services
- No early morning service for those needing to be in Wonthaggi before 9am
- Limited and disconnected services for Corinella, Coronet Bay and Tenby Point, increasing isolation
- Inadequate shelter at many bus stops, leaving passengers exposed to the weather

We are working to present a strong, evidence-based case to Public Transport Victoria (PTV) to advocate for improved services. To do this, we need your input.

Please take a few minutes (less than 5 minutes) to complete our survey here and share your experience. Your feedback will directly support this advocacy effort.
